BinDrop PDX is a family-owned business serving the Portland metro area with reusable moving tote rentals. We believe moving should be simpler, more organized, and less wasteful than traditional cardboard boxes.
As a local family, we're passionate about solving everyday problems in practical and eco-friendly ways. Our durable, stackable moving totes help customers save time, reduce waste, and stay organized throughout the moving process.
We deliver moving tote kits throughout West Linn, including Willamette, Robinwood, and Bolton neighborhoods. Instead of hauling flimsy cardboard boxes across town, let us drop off sturdy, reusable totes at your door — you pack and move at your own pace, and we'll pick everything back up when you're settled in.

Rental Agreement
1. Rental Period. The standard rental period is 2 weeks (14 days) from the scheduled drop-off date. Rentals that extend beyond the agreed period without a pre-approved extension will be charged the applicable weekly extension fee automatically to the card on file.
2. Equipment Included. Each kit includes the number of moving totes and hand truck dollies listed for the selected kit tier. All equipment must be returned in the same clean, functional condition it was delivered in. Equipment is inspected and cleaned before every rental.
3. Add-On Equipment. Optional add-ons (Hand Truck, Flat Dolly) are rented for the duration of the rental period. All add-on equipment must be returned at pickup. Lost, stolen, or unreturned add-on equipment will be charged at replacement cost: Hand Truck — $150; Flat Dolly — $75.
4. Damage Policy. Customer is responsible for any damage to totes, dollies, or hand trucks beyond normal wear and tear. BinDrop PDX reserves the right to charge the card on file for repair or replacement costs. Damaged tote replacement cost: $25 per tote. Damaged dolly replacement: $75. Damaged hand truck replacement: $150.
5. Cleaning Fees. Equipment returned excessively dirty, with food residue, hazardous materials, or strong odors may be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $50.
6. Cancellations & Refunds. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of drop-off are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
7. Access Requirements. Customer must ensure clear access for delivery and pickup at the provided address. BinDrop PDX is not responsible for delays caused by blocked access, locked gates, or unavailable recipients.
8. Liability. BinDrop PDX is not liable for any damage to property, flooring, walls, or vehicles during delivery, use, or pickup of rental equipment. Customer assumes full responsibility for safe and appropriate use of all rented equipment.
9. Card on File. By completing this booking, customer authorizes BinDrop PDX to charge the card on file for any outstanding extension fees, damage charges, cleaning fees, or replacement costs incurred during the rental period.
